Lilly dug her claws into my epidermis today,
In the most vicious and spiteful way.
She treats me like a scratch post of her own,
My arm looks like a tattered war zone.
She is composed of the purest evil,
Sometimes I wonder if she is possessed by a devil.
As she sits quietly behind the book rack,
I bet that rogue is planning her next attack.
And when I'm trying to sleep at night,
She decides to claw me and gives me a fright.
If I so much as momentarily look away,
She climbs the kitchen counter and topples the tray.
She runs out, chases insects and flying leaves,
When I look for her, she hides under my car and deceives.
I once had a beautiful black couch,
But its now vandalized, by that feline grouch.
I thought cats were conscious about cleanliness,
But my moron always only creates a mess.
She covers everything I own, with dirty white fur,
I wonder why I'm still even keeping her!
